Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our customer support team at support@jadebyexotic.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
Refunds or replacements are available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must provide their order number and supporting photos when applicable.
For all other refund requests on products that have been successfully delivered, the item must be returned to us in its original condition before a refund can be issued. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we can resolve concerns promptly.
